Happy 9 Months, Matthew!
Besides being an incredibly sweet, happy little guy, what has our Monkey been up to?
- he's 20.5 lbs (51st percentile)
- he's 30.75 inches long (98th percentile!)
- he has five teeth
- he has a full head of reddish blond hairhe likes Mommy, bananas, squash, and green beans ... "In that order, with a strong emphasis on #1, thank you."
- he's exercising his vocal capabilities ... no words, but lots of noise :o)
- he's scooting around on his bottom to reach toys that have moved out of reach
- he's standing for extended periods if he has something to hold onto
- he's slowly acclimating to Daddy's flying lessons--that hasn't come quite so naturally as it did with our older two ... :o)
- although he may not be as in to flying himself, he loves watching Daddy fly the helicopter

Oh, NOW there are smiles. Must be because Grandma isn't trying to hold you without Mommy in the room. Oh well, soon you'll realize I'm not so bad, like you already did with Grandpa. Love you monkey.
