365Project.2013 | Week 13

The weather is warming, our seeds are planted ... spring has arrived in earnest! We rejoiced this week to celebrate our Savior's Resurrection. "He is not here! He is RISEN!" More glorious words never were spoken!

Day 85. It was a pretty intense phone call. Pacing back and forth. Elaborate discussion with Grandpa explaining that which was broken and how Daddy fixed it.

makes. my. heart. melt.

Day 86. These two were like best friends this week. It's been a delight.

Day 87. We planted our seeds! :) I only wish Hannah-bug was here--she has been so very excited about our garden, eagerly anticipating each step, and was off fetching the seeds when this picture was taken.

Day 88. Mommy was making breakfast, so I suggested to Matthew that while Mommy was not presently able to read him a story, he could read a story to Blackie. And he did. I think Blackie quite enjoyed it. ;)

And while the day often starts out rather quietly, it rarely ends that way. The blur of these pictures is quite appropriate ... "READY!!!! ... ONE ... TWO ... THWEEEEE!!!!!!"

Day 89. Guess who is very excited to begin using his chainsaw!?!? (And no, he will not be using it solo any time soon!) :)

Day 90. We rejoice in our Risen Savior! ♥

"Can we do a silly picture?" :)

For those interested in such things, here's the back of Hannah's hair. :) We had fun with a variation of the crown we did a couple months ago. :)

My favorite part of this Resurrection Sunday was celebrating with our dear friends, Daniel, Sarah, and Andrew! ♥

A fun, fun crew of munchkins!

Day 91. The weather today was absolutely. beautiful. Mommy indulged her kiddos' desire for a picnic lunch. ♥

And later on, we gave our sprouts some sunshine--under careful supervision. :) And yes, we have sprouts!!! Already!

Like mother like daughter. ♥ A good book is most definitely one of the most enjoyable uses of a beautiful, sunshiney day! :)

Hannah's dress looks great! We could have a picnic up here, but we'd have to shovel the snow off the deck. And nail everything down so the wind didn't pick it up and carry it away. Including the kids!!
